Managing Director

Lesley has more than 30 years’ experience in the fields of Product Development and Regulatory Affairs within the Pharmaceutical Industry. As the Managing Director of Solve, Lesley is involved in liaising directly with our partners and overseeing all technical aspects of service delivery. Lesley is a calm head in what can be a complex and challenging environment.

Prior to taking on a consulting role, Lesley worked with Hospira as the Head of Regulatory Affairs for the Asia Pacific region with a team of 75 staff, and around 500 products under her leadership. Lesley started her career on the graduate program at GlaxoSmithKline where she gained a wealth of experience in the drug development and registration process and was involved in the development of several blockbuster drugs.

Lesley studied Chemistry with European Languages and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Lesley is a fluent French speaker and has lived and worked in the UK, France, Singapore and Australia.

Lesley is married with two children. In her spare time, she loves boating, travelling to new places and catching up with friends and family. Lesley also has a penchant for fast cars.
